Every week we calculate the profits of all our orders combined that have been made that week. After those calculcations we put 10% to the side and then take those 10% of the profits we made and donate it to PCRF
Yes. If you want free shipment, then you have to order atleast two lights or more.
No. At the moment we haven't included that feature yet. But we plan to very soon.
Usually about a week or maybe two. But it can also take a little longer because the demand for our lights are pretty high and we can only produce a certain amount per day.
Yes. We ship to all of europe, north america and aswell to many regions within west asia, south america and a few countries in africa. Of course it might take longer to those regions since the shipping process for those regions is quite complicated.
We have a 14 days Refund Policy within the european union. And a 7 days Refund Policy within most of the other countries. So if our product got damaged during shipment, we suggest you to contact our email: getmishkat@outlook.com
